Movement is life.

Be it physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual.  As a massage therapist and a health coach my goal is to help facilitate people to relax, listen to their body and mind and rejuvenate.

What to expect?

    • It is important that I know:

      • If there are specific areas of your body you would like me to focus on or avoid.

      • Your preferences regarding the depth and techniques you prefer.

      • If there are positions that make you uncomfortable.

      • Your music preferences or if you prefer a quiet environment.

      • If you tend to feel too hot or cold easily, please inform me.

    • Your comfort and satisfaction are my primary concerns, and your input is valuable in tailoring the session to meet your needs. Feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have about the session.

    • Upon your arrival for your massage session, we will begin by discussing any recent changes or specific preferences you may have.

    • After our conversation, I will step out of the room for 1-2 minutes, allowing you some privacy to change into comfortable attire or undress to your level of comfort.

    • Once you have changed, please make yourself comfortable on the massage table and use the provided sheet and blanket to cover yourself.

    • You can expect a gentle knock on the door to check if you're ready. When you're prepared, simply give the okay, and I will re-enter the room to start the session.

    • Throughout the massage, rest assured that I will only uncover the specific area we are currently addressing, ensuring that your privacy is maintained.

    • If, at any point during the massage, you begin to feel uncomfortable or have any specific requests, please feel free to communicate your needs. Whether you require a sip of water, a change in the music, an extra blanket, a bathroom break, or if a particular technique isn't to your liking, your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities.

Remember, this massage session is all about you, and I'm here to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the experience. Your well-being is my utmost concern.

  • At the end of the session, I’ll let you know our time has come to a close and leave the room so you can get off the table and change in privacy. If you ever need assistance getting up, please don't hesitate to ask; I'm here to help.

    • Massage can increase circulation, so please be mindful and give yourself a moment to re-orient when getting up. After you’re dressed, please open the door so I know it’s okay to re-enter.

    • How you feel immediately after the session can vary based on the length of the massage, techniques used, and the demands placed on your body afterward. Drinking water after the session is always advised. Common experiences can range from a desire to rest to feeling completely relaxed, renewed, and even energized.

    • Mild soreness may be present after the massage and even may be felt the following day. This should not raise concern. However, please make me aware how your body reacted to the massage so that I can adjust for future treatment sessions.

  • Massages should make you feel good! And my job is to help you achieve that! Communicating with me throughout the session about what you may be feeling will optimize this experience.

    • If you have a medical condition or an injury make sure you have appropriate medical clearance for the massage.

    • Not eating 30 minutes prior to the massage is advised.

    • When possible, allow for a 30-60 min window after the massage so you don’t feel rushed.
